 Request for Nomination of suitable participants for National Conference on Condition Monitoring (NCCM-2025)

Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), DRDO, Bengaluru under the aegis of Condition Monitoring Society of India (CMSI), Visakhapatnam is organizing a two-day National Conference on Condition Monitoring – NCCM 2025 on 27 and 28 November 2025 at HAL Management Academy, Bangalore.

This two-day conference on Condition Monitoring (CM) is planned with a theme on ‘Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM)’ encompassing wide range of topics from conventional to advanced technologies. The conference is planned to have several invited talks from eminent scientists and engineers drawn from various R&D Laboratories, Armed forces, public & private industries, MSMEs and academic institutions.

In this regard, we request your esteemed organization to kindly nominate suitable participants to attend the conference as delegates. Their presence and participation would add significant value.

We would be grateful if the list of nominated delegates could be shared with us by 30^th September 2025to facilitate the registration process and logistical arrangements.

The registration form, with payments details duly filled need to be submitted to the organizing committee. A formal payment receipt shall be issued against this.

Convener, NCCM-2025 informed that FULL length Papers are also accepting, if Abstract of the paper is not submitted on time. 

Important dates are as below. 

Submission of full length paper - 15 Sep 2025

Notification of review comments - 30 Sep 2025

Final submission in camera ready format - 30 Oct 2025

Registration deadline - 30 Oct 2025
