• Dr V Bhujanga Rao Endowment Lecture held on 21 Jul 26 at GITAM, Visakhapatnam

  13th Dr V Bhujanga Rao Endowment lecture was delivered by Eminent Missile Scientist Padma Shri Awardee  Dr Prahalada Rama Rao at GITAM (Deemed to be University), Visakhapatnam. He emphasized in his speech that innovation,technological capability and industrial competitiveness would be key to achieve the country's goal of becoming self-reliant. Dr V Bhujanga Rao highlighted the growing significance of condition monitoring  across modern industrial and defence sectors. Er PVS Ganesh Kumar briefed the audience about CMSI and its activities. Prof Gowtham Rao, Pro-VC of GITAM, Dr Abraham Varughese, Director, NSTL, Prof M R S Satyanrayana, Vice President of CMSI, Dr Bharanichandra, Dir GST(Cire Engg) of GITAM and Dr Rajeswara Reddy, HoD(Mech), GST(Core Engg) of GITAM were also present on this occasion. More than 300 people attended including CMSI members, Faculty & Students of GITAM and Other industry engineers & academia faculty, 

• Tata Steel, Jamshedpur in association with Institution of Engineers (India), Jamshedpur Chapter, Jamshedpur, is organizing the National Conference on Condition Monitoring (NCCM 2026) under the Aegis of Condition Monitoring Society of India (CMSI), on 11-12 December 2026.

  CMSI is very glad to inform you that Tata Steel, Jamshedpur in association with Institution of Engineers (India), Jamshedpur Chapter, Jamshedpur, is organizing the National Conference on Condition Monitoring (NCCM 2026) under the Aegis of Condition Monitoring Society of India (CMSI), during 11-12 December 2026. 

  The call for papers is attached herewith. You are invited to contribute papers for NCCM 2026. Further, it is requested to share the conference details amongst your colleagues, students and professionals working in the area of condition monitoring. 

  Important dates are as below: 

  Receipt of Abstract (Max. 250 words):     30 Jun 2026

  Intimation of acceptance:                            15 Jul 2026
